We hold no reports about anybody
Worth saying first, given what this trade runs on. We keep no test reports, no record of what assembly is at any address, no history of passes or failures, and no correspondence with any water purveyor. We file nothing on anybody’s behalf and we receive nothing.
Your test record sits with your tester and your purveyor. It does not pass through here.
Nothing here to fill in
No form, no scheduling tool, no account, no email capture, no chat window. Every page is a fixed file written before you arrived. You cannot give this website your address because it has nowhere to put it.
So reading every page here and never telephoning leaves us knowing nothing whatever about you.
What a single call records
A ZIP code, the kind of assembly and what you need, so the call can reach a contractor who covers your area. Your number arrives because you dialed, with the time and the length of the call.
Not the name on the property, not the street address, and nothing about any previous test.
Who receives the call
To the contractor who answers, because they cannot bring the right gauge and the right paperwork for an assembly they have not heard described. Nowhere else.
We do not sell contact details, we do not build lists out of calls, and we report nothing to any purveyor or authority.
Having it erased
Write to [email protected] with the number you called from and ask. It is the only thing the record is filed under, which is the other side of never having asked whose property it was.
Know what is on the tag before you call.Make, model, size and the date of the last test are usually stamped or tagged on the assembly itself, and they decide which test kit and which paperwork the visit needs. We will route you to somebody who covers your area, selected on the ZIP code of the property, and you are never charged. Backflow is our specialty, though the number will take any plumbing request on the property.
